As usual, Chris has been spending every chance he gets out at "The Marsh." Luckily it is only ten minutes from home. He recently shot a banded goose which means it had a metal ID bracelet on it leg. He was pretty excited about that.
I decided to go with Chris a couple weeks ago. I had one job... watch the geese he shot through the binoculars so he could go fetch it. Well, he was half way around the lake when a goose took off flying from the brush. I assured him that I could still see "our" goose and so he went on. 20 minutes later he reached the spot I directed him to and it was a big pile of dirt... not a goose. Ours had flown away 20 minutes ago. Opps.

This is the little fairy costume that macey wore on Halloween. She learned really quickly to smile sweetly to get candy from everyone.

This is the picture we took at the pumpkin patch. As you can see, Chris lost some weight in Alaska and has a little pencil neck now. He wanted to play in the Malpractice bowl (a football game between the Law and Med School), but I wouldn't let him, I was afraid his lil' neck would get snapped.
